Objective, legal basis, categories of recipients, duration of storage of processed data

Objective: Company presentation, provision of services and/or sale of products and communication over the Internet.

The objective of data processing on this website is to provide information about our company’s products and services, combined with the opportunity for the user to make targeted contact with contact partners in the company. 

We additionally process personal data based on the following legal grounds:

·      Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the processing of personal data with the data subject’s consent.

·      Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, and for the carrying out of measures corresponding to the contract.

·      Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject in accordance with any applicable EU law or in accordance with any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is applicable, in whole or in part.

·      Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of third parties, except where these are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Legitimate interests include, in particular, our business interest in providing our website, information security, the enforcing of our own legal claims, and adherence to additional legal regulations.

 

Therefore, as part of our provision of services, we employ service providers that are separately obligated to secrecy and data protection. Data shall only be shared with authorities if it is subject to overriding legal regulations. 

 

Browser

When you visit our website, a connection is established with your web browser. The following information will be collected, temporarily stored in system files, and automatically recorded: Your device’s IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of accessed files, the URL from which you were directed to our website (Referrer URL), the browser used and, if applicable, your device’s operating system and the name of your Internet provider. 

We process this data for purposes of establishing an optimum connection and for system security. This connection data shall be automatically deleted, generally within seven days. We use YouTube for the embedding of videos (legal basis pursuant to the GDPR: Article 6 (1) (f) with the operation of our website and taking the interests of the data subject in account through deactivation of tracking functions in the YouTube code). Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service if Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”. Cookies are text files which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google while still within the member states of the European Union or in other countries party to the European Economic Area Agreement. Ths website uses products and services of wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) for purposes of marketing and optimization. wiredminds collects, processes, and stores data in order to create pseudonymous user profiles. Wherever possible and appropriate, these user profiles shall be fully anonymized. Cookies may be used for this purpose.
