Remote maintenance is a clever way to maintain the operational reliability and performance of your Remmert system in the long term and at the same time reduce maintenance costs to a minimum. All you need is the Remmert Hotline Service Team and our Remote Connector.

Over 86% of all fault reports received by the Remmert hotline can be rectified directly via remote maintenance without the need for a Remmert service technician to be on site. To do this, a Remmert hotline employee connects to the control system or WMS of your system. Error codes can be read directly and, in the best case, rectified immediately. If it is necessary to intervene in the system, the hotline service provides the operating personnel on site with valuable tips over the phone, also in the form of augmented reality.

We meet our IT security requirements by using hardware and software that is certified in accordance with the strict specifications of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). With our Remote Connector, we enable a fast and secure connection to be established in the event of a service call, which is fully implemented in accordance with the Zero Trust concept.
