With 21 trainees currently undergoing apprenticeships in various fields, our junior team is constantly growing. This makes it all the more important to create opportunities for our young colleagues to get to know each other better, share experiences and discover our products for themselves.
On Friday morning, the day began with an exciting programme: at two of our customers' sites, our trainees had the opportunity to see Remmert systems in action. To prepare, everyone was given a short quiz to test their knowledge of the systems. The results were impressive: four participants tied for first place. Congratulations!
After absorbing all this information, it was time for some fun. During lunch, there was an opportunity to chat and recharge before moving on to the sporting highlight of the day: go-karting on the racetrack. This activity demanded teamwork, ambition and a sense of humour.
In conclusion, it was a successful mix of professional learning, personal exchange and shared action. We are delighted that the trip generated so much enthusiasm, and we are already looking forward to the next one in 2026!
