STOM 2026: Free choice of system offers decisive advantages in sheet metal processing
Remmert and system integrator STIGO have already convinced Polish customers of the advantages of free system selection in sheet metal processing through several joint projects. Visitors to this year's STOM-Tool (Industrial Spring) in Kielce (March 24–27) will be able to experience this for themselves: for the first time, both companies will be exhibiting side by side in Hall 5 of the trade fair.
Thematically, Remmert and STIGO complement each other ideally. While STIGO has a strong position on the Polish market as a system integrator for software and machine solutions, Remmert focuses on the flexibility of storage and automation systems. "Our solutions can be easily combined with CAD/CAM software, laser cutting machines and automation solutions from various manufacturers. This means that our customers always benefit from the best solutions and remain independent of individual providers," explains Michal Kmiech, Regional Sales Manager at Remmert Polska.
Another advantage is the modular design of Remmert systems: "This allows us to realize almost unlimited system designs. Our customers don't have to make any compromises - for example when it comes to making optimum use of the warehouse space or integrating different systems," adds Kmiech.
In the area of long goods storage, Remmert is also presenting a newly developed solution for picking from containers. It combines industrial robotics, 3D vision and artificial intelligence to reliably sort bars, tubes and profiles made of metal or plastic. The solution can be integrated directly into Remmert's long goods warehouses and enables both the automatic loading of production machines and the efficient processing of customer orders.
