Remmert supplied a MIDI storage system that provides centralized provision of sheets up to 4020 in size for all processing machines, as well as automation for a 15 kW Bystronic laser. A special feature is the flexible unloading strategy of the laser. For large sheet metal parts, the loading unit of the laser automation is used with the vacuum suction cups to automatically remove and stack large sheet metal parts after laser cutting. This significantly facilitates the work of the personnel. The same feature can also be used to automatically return residual sheets to the storage system.
