LogiMAT 2025: High-bay warehouse for long and bulky goods
At LogiMAT 2025 (March 11-13), Remmert will be presenting energy-efficient solutions for the automated storage and handling of bars, tubes, profiles and sheets as well as large-volume objects.
When goods do not fit on a standard pallet, Remmert's material flow solutions come into play. At this year's LogiMAT, the family-run company is focusing on its honeycomb storage systems for long goods. With these storage systems, bars, tubes or profiles can be stored in an extremely compact space with fast access times and maximum protection for material and personnel. Remmert also offers storage systems with variable storage levels for flat goods and large-volume objects such as welded assemblies or machine parts. At the trade fair stand (Hall 3, Stand C14), Remmert will also be demonstrating how storage systems and material flows can be simulated virtually and in great detail at an early stage of development using modern 3D layout tools.
Energy efficiency trend
A particular highlight is energy-efficient stacker cranes, which significantly reduce overall energy consumption through energy recovery. Especially in times of rising energy prices, this is an increasingly important argument for switching to energy-efficient warehouse technology. A calculation tool shows how much kWh, energy costs and CO2 equivalents users can save per year.
WMS and material flow control in one system
With "Integrated Solutions", Remmert is also presenting its next generation of software solutions. Visitors to the Remmert stand will be able to take a first look at the completely revised WMS. In addition to the integrated material flow control, the new warehouse management system offers numerous other functions, which are displayed in a user-friendly interface on every screen, from monitor to handheld. The software is modular from the ground up, so that the system can be configured to meet individual needs. Additional functionality and integration with other IT systems or AGV fleet management can be added quickly and easily. The new system promises significant time savings during commissioning and easy training for operators.
Performance data for the service
With myRemmert, a service tool is also in the starting blocks that optimally supports the fast and proactive servicing of Remmert systems. The exact status of the systems is visualised from a wide range of performance data. Secure remote maintenance access, individual spare parts lists and documentation as well as prioritised access to the excellent Remmert service with an overview of all service tickets support the reliable operation of the systems.
With this complete package, Remmert offers extremely high reliability with a very low failure rate, a high degree of automation, a contribution to sustainability and solutions for staff shortages.
