EuroBLECH 2024: Highest productivity in the smallest space
Automatic sheet metal storage systems with high-performance WMS, universal laser automation and intelligent transport solutions - Remmert will be showcasing its innovations at EuroBLECH from October 22 to 25 in Hanover.

In addition to the presentation of the new BASIC Tower Easy sheet metal storage tower, the showcase of a particularly space-saving laser cutting center in combination with automated guided vehicle systems is one of Remmert's highlights at EuroBLECH. At our stand in Hall 12, we will be demonstrating live how automated guided vehicles (AGVs) can automate the onward transport of entire metal sheets or palletized sheet metal parts and thus counteract the shortage of space and skilled workers.
The AGVs complement the FLEX modular system, which offers modules for storing and buffering sheet metal, laser automation and sorting that can be combined universally and very flexibly with laser cutting systems from various manufacturers. The new LaserFLEX Line variant enables highly automated laser cutting centers with a particularly small footprint.
Trade fair visitors can find out about Remmert's various solutions for the efficient and low-personnel sorting of laser-cut sheets. The laser automation system LaserFLEX, for example, enables the automated palletizing or return storage of large-format sheets. This not only eliminates the laborious handling of large sheet metal parts, but also the manual bypassing of residual sheets. In addition, Remmert offers ergonomic support for manual sorting with the LoopFLEX conveyor belt. With SortFLEX, Remmert has a fully automated system in its range that automatically picks up and palletizes sheet metal parts.
One of Remmert's particular strengths is system integration, i.e. the linking of various IT and machine components to form an overall solution. The Remmert WMS forms a central hub between ERP and machine control. At EuroBLECH, Remmert will be providing initial insights into a completely revised WMS with new features and solutions for condition monitoring.
