Efficient intralogistics for the production of patio roofs

Previously, manual picking of long profiles was labor-intensive and caused damage to materials. The new solution has reduced picking times, made more efficient use of storage space, and improved occupational safety. Automated processes and digital terminals ensure smooth operations – especially during peak season. In addition, reduced forklift use contributes to a better carbon footprint. A strong example of modern intralogistics and sustainable production.
Thanks to the new honeycomb storage system, the available space is now being used to its fullest potential for storage.
Goods-to-Person (G2P) prinziple: While material is being removed from a cassette, the system is already preparing to supply the next items.
