Agricultural machinery maker revamps its sheet metal production
With the Remmert solution, SaMASZ, a manufacturer of attachments for pasture farming, municipal services, and winter services based in Białystok, Poland, has taken its sheet metal production to a whole new level of performance. The state-of-the-art, central MIDI-Combi sheet metal warehouse with around 800 spaces ensures maximum material availability, perfect quality assurance, and maximum process stability. Thanks to the direct connection of the Mitsubishi laser cutting systems via ASTES4 automation, SaMASZ now operates almost continuously – with automatic loading and unloading and automatic sorting of up to 70% of all parts.
Two Mitsubishi lasers are directly connected to the warehouse via ASTES4 automation. Up to 70% of sheet metal parts can be sorted and palletized fully automatically.
The warehouse is equipped with material stations on all four sides. This allows it to organize the entire material flow from goods receipt to the bending process.
SaMASZ manufactures attachments for grassland farming, municipal services, and winter maintenance. Almost 65% of the products manufactured at the production site in Białystok, Poland, are exported to over 70 countries.
