LoopFLEX – Ergonomic support for manual sorting

Automation

LoopFLEX is the ultimate belt conveyor for the fast and ergonomic removal of laser-cut sheet metal parts and scrap skeletons. It's so versatile that it can be used with laser cutting machines and automation solutions from various manufacturers.

Features & Advantages

Thanks to the selectable belt height, the operator can adopt a posture that is easy on the back and work ergonomically during the sorting process. The adjustable belt feed speed of the LoopFLEX supports comfortable, speedy work.

Up to 35% faster sorting

The sheet metal parts come to the employee, not the other way around. The laser-cut sheets are transported to the employee via the conveyor belt. This eliminates the need to walk around the sorting station, which speeds up the process considerably.

Easier removal of small parts

Small parts in particular, which are connected to the rest grid by micro-joints, can be picked up much more user-friendly with LoopFLEX. Falling through like on the bars of the shuttle table is impossible on the conveyor belt. Sanding and pinching tools can be attached directly to the workstation and supplied with power.

Ergonomic working posture

The height of the conveyor belt can be individually adjusted by the employee. Reaching into the depths, as is common at the shuttle table, is also avoided by the belt feed. This supports a posture that is easy on the back.

Laser cutting without interruption

While one cutting plan is removed outside the safety area, the next one can already be placed by the laser automation system. This optimally supports the productivity of the laser cutting system.
